Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders to the United States arrive in about 7–15 days after dispatch; other countries usually take 10–20 days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Multi-car orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Lost or late parcels
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Boxed models ship in their display box, protected inside a shipping carton.
